House Rules

1. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Advance booking is required for all services, during business hours, either in person or by phone. We prefer phone communication — please don't request an appointment by message. We may not always be able to answer the phone while working, but we'll call back as soon as we can. Phone bookings are available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM.


2. ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive on time, or 5 minutes early. Every treatment has a set time allotted to it — there's no way to make up for lost time. If you expect to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. If the delay is too long and would inconvenience the next guest, we may not be able to carry out the service.


3. CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This gives someone else the chance to take the slot and avoids a loss of income for us. If the number of no-shows exceeds three, we will no longer be able to offer you an appointment.


4. IF YOU'RE SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE!

The salon may only be visited by HEALTHY guests! If you're feeling unwell, please call — we'll do our best to find a flexible new time once you've recovered. Please also don't bring a child who is sick.


5. PETS

Pets ARE allowed (we have permission, as posted on the door), but it's not required. Please keep your pet on a leash and by your side at all times so it doesn't disturb the work or other guests.


6. PAYMENT

Only cash payment is accepted in the salon. Payment is due immediately after the service — no credit, and prices are non-negotiable!


7. OTHER

The final price of hair coloring depends on the amount and type of product used, hair length, thickness, and the coloring technique. — We are not responsible for any products you bring yourself. — If you are allergic to any ingredient in our products, please let us know in advance. — Please only bring children who can be properly kept in line — the salon is NOT A PLAYGROUND! — In case of careless or intentional damage, the person responsible is required to cover the cost.


BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT AND USING OUR SERVICES, OUR GUESTS AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPT THESE HOUSE RULES! THE OPERATORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE RULES AT ANY TIME, AT THEIR OWN DISCRETION!
