When it comes to working with children, the most important thing is finding a way to connect with them – that's the foundation for a successful haircut. Over the years I've been in this profession, I've learned just how much patience and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere matter when a child is sitting in the chair.

In the salon, I try to create a calm, welcoming environment where children quickly warm up and start to trust me. Whether it's a first haircut or just a trim, my goal is for them to leave with a good memory – and to look forward to coming back next time.
